Getting comfortable with your Terrosa Pen is the first
step to becoming comfortable with your injections1.

You will take your Terrosa with a Terrosa Pen, every day.

The Terrosa Pen is reusable, and can be used every day, throughout your 24-month course of treatment1.

Homecare nurse services are available, through which your Terrrosa cartridge can be delivered to your preferred address. A homecare nurse will provide the initial training on using the Terrosa Pen, to ensure you are familiar and confident with using it. If you are due a cartridge change soon, and don’t have any new ones left, please contact your homecare provider or healthcare professional.

Your Terrosa Cool Bag

Cool bags will be offered to every patient when they start their Terrosa treatment.

Your Terrosa treatment should be stored in refrigerator (2 °C – 8 °C). Your cool bag should be used whenever you travel and need to take your Terrosa Pen and cartridges with you. Included with the cool bag are six Cool Safe-Ice packs which are used to keep the bag and your medicine at a suitable temperature. Only these ice packs should be used with the cool bag.

For information on how to use your cool bag please read the patient booklet "A guide to your Terrosa treatment", available from the Terrosa Instructional Videos and Booklet page on this site, as well as the user manual that accompanies the cool bag.
